The last four years at Texas A&M have taught me so much, not only about civil engineering, but about the Lord’s plan for this world and His people. He has prepared my heart and given me a passion for children overseas who know nothing of the love of a father. My desire is to travel overseas and bring hope to these children of the Father who desires to love them unconditionally. I am so excited to inform you that I will have this opportunity this summer.
I will be leaving to go to Jos, Nigeria on June 2nd for 10 weeks to work with the street children ministry through Serving In Mission (SIM). SIM’s purpose is to glorify God, evangelize the unreached, minister to human need, disciple believers into churches, and equip churches to fulfill Christ’s Commission. This is my purpose for going overseas, that above all God would be glorified though my actions and words, that His name would be known.
I want to share what the Lord is doing in my life and in the lives of these children, and I would love for you to be actively involved. I will be in need of much encouragement, prayer, and financial suppor. The cost for my trip is $6,000 which will fund my travel, housing, vaccinations, and visa.
